TRUST & SAFETY

Good productions start with clear expectations.

Thoughtful listing review, protected property details and a shared record of what has been agreed.

A considered listing review

The review process is designed to check identity or company information, authority to offer the property, production details, photographs and applicable documents. A review badge describes the check performed; it is not a guarantee of safety or suitability for every shoot.

Respect for private spaces

Public listings show the general area. Exact addresses and access instructions are shared only at the appropriate approved stage. Keep sensitive location and host information within the authorised production team.

Agree the production before arrival

Crew size, equipment, shooting areas, activities, working hours, access and changes should be approved in advance. Property permission and any required official permits are separate requirements.

Document the handover

Use check-in and check-out records to capture the property's condition and any approved changes. Report a concern promptly through the project workspace with photographs, timings and a clear description.

A fair record for claims

The proposed claims workflow records evidence, notifies the relevant parties and supports review before a deposit deduction or adjustment is approved. The accepted booking policy defines applicable reporting windows and outcomes.

If something needs attention

Contact the support team through your project for booking or property concerns. For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.
