Availability is checked manually for each request. Send your dates and project brief, and the team will confirm the host's response, terms and any conditions before a quote becomes bookable.
Are the displayed prices final?
They are indicative starting rates. Your production type, hours, crew, selected services and approved conditions can affect the total. Review your itemised quote before accepting.
Can I visit before booking?
You can request a recce. The host must approve the date, attendees and access. Any recce fee or cancellation terms are shown before the visit is confirmed.
Why can't I see the exact address?
To respect hosts' privacy and property security, the public listing shows the general area. The exact address is shared at the appropriate approved stage.
Does booking include a filming permit?
A location booking does not automatically include or guarantee an official filming permit. Confirm any required permissions and whether permit support is included in your quote.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes. A host account can manage multiple properties. Each property needs its own accurate information, photographs, authority documents and review.
Do I need professional photographs?
You can upload your own suitable photographs. Professional photography is optional, and the exact package fee and recovery terms are shown before you accept.
How does no-upfront photography work?
The agreed fee is recorded as a separate recovery balance. It is deducted from an eligible completed-booking payout, with any unrecovered amount carried forward. It is not a refundable deposit.
When is a booking confirmed?
After host availability and commercial terms are confirmed, the final quote and required agreements are accepted, payment succeeds, the deposit method is ready, and essential production conditions are satisfied.
Can I use this preview to make a real booking?
This website is configured for local product review with sample locations and simulated payments. It allows you to try the workflow, but it does not secure an actual property or transfer money.
