Location rates are a starting point
Displayed rates are indicative and may be subject to minimum hours, crew size, production type, access conditions and the host's approval. Your accepted quote sets out the location fee and included hire period.
Know what your quote includes
Your quote separates applicable fees, services and taxes so you can review the total before accepting.
- Location hire, approved extras and overtime assumptions.
- Buyer marketplace fee and any selected managed services.
- Recce, cleaning, security or location management where applicable.
- Official charges or permit support where included.
- Deposit requirements shown separately from service charges.
Hosting fees and payouts
The host service fee and any agreed adjustments appear on the payout statement. An outstanding photography recovery balance is shown separately and deducted only from an eligible payout in accordance with the accepted agreement.
Three balances, three purposes
A host performance deposit supports defined hosting commitments. A buyer damage deposit covers defined property-related exposures under the booking terms. A photography recovery balance is an agreed deferred service cost. These balances are kept separate.
