ShootLocations.io is designed to connect people offering locations with people arranging film, photography, advertising and content productions. Each booking should identify the parties, location-use scope, price, schedule and applicable terms.
Account information and authorised use
Users should provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure, act within their authority and use the platform lawfully. Access to another person's private information, impersonation and deceptive listing or booking activity are not permitted.
Enquiries and bookings
A listing, starting rate, shortlist or availability request does not itself create a confirmed booking. The required approvals, quote acceptance, agreements, payment and production conditions must be complete before confirmation.
Content and property information
Contributors should have permission to provide and publish their photographs, descriptions and documents. Listings should accurately represent the property and available areas. Private information should be shared only with authorised participants.
Policies and changes
The final service will identify the policy versions accepted for each transaction. Booking-specific schedules, cancellation rules, deposit requirements and photography terms should be presented before acceptance. Changes to an existing booking require an agreed update.
Before public launch
Qualified advisers must finalise the operating entity, applicable law, consumer rights, dispute process, liability provisions, licence scope, tax treatment and complete contractual terms. Those terms must replace this draft before real transactions are enabled.
