DRAFT AGREEMENT · UAE OPERATIONS

Service agreement

Pre-launch draft for review. The published operating company, approved commercial terms, applicable jurisdiction and final policies must be confirmed before real bookings are accepted. This preview does not create a real location booking or process a real payment.

What ShootLocations.io provides

ShootLocations.io provides a marketplace and coordination service for film, photography, advertising and content productions. We help parties discover spaces, exchange a brief, coordinate availability and keep booking records together.

The parties and the location use

Each confirmed booking should identify the filmmaker, host, location, permitted areas, production activity, hours, price, deposit, cancellation terms and any services. A listing or enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Permits, permissions and insurance

The filmmaker remains responsible for permits, authority approvals, copyright, releases, insurance and compliance required for the production. A host approval or a permit-support request does not replace an official approval.

Host warranties

A host must have authority to offer the property, disclose restrictions and provide access only for the approved brief. The host must not grant access to private areas or permit activities outside the agreed schedule.

Filmmaker responsibilities

The filmmaker must provide an accurate brief, follow property rules, supervise the crew, protect the space and return it in the agreed condition. Changes to cast, crew, equipment, hours or activities need written approval.

Fees, taxes and refunds

The accepted quote is the controlling commercial record. It should show the location fee, ShootLocations service fee, permit or third-party costs, taxes, deposit, payment timing and the applicable cancellation outcome. Refunds are handled under the accepted booking terms.

Limitations and disputes

The final agreement should include reasonable limits of liability, indemnities, confidentiality, intellectual-property responsibilities, force-majeure handling and a UAE dispute process selected by the operating entity. Have qualified UAE counsel approve the final wording before enabling real payments.
