BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation & refunds

Pre-launch draft for review. The published operating company, approved commercial terms, applicable jurisdiction and final policies must be confirmed before real bookings are accepted. This preview does not create a real location booking or process a real payment.

Read the policy before accepting

The cancellation policy for a real booking should state its time bands, charges, refundable amounts, treatment of third-party costs and the method of calculating deadlines. No universal cancellation charge is established by this preview.

Request a cancellation in writing

Use the project workspace to record the request and reason. The team should acknowledge receipt, review the accepted terms and explain the proposed financial outcome before processing a refund or adjustment.

Changing the date or scope

A new date, longer hours or a materially different production needs host approval and may require a revised quote. A request for a change does not preserve the original availability indefinitely.

Host cancellations and disruptions

The approved policy must define how a host cancellation, unsafe conditions, permit issues and events beyond a party's control are handled. Alternative-location support and refunds should be described only to the extent the final service can provide them.

Photography recovery stays separate

A buyer cancellation or failed payment does not trigger a deduction from the host's photography recovery balance. Photography appointment changes follow the separate accepted package terms.
