A clear choice before you commit

Review the package price, deliverables, service area, any travel charge and appointment terms before accepting. Package examples and prices in this review website are demo settings, subject to the final commercial offer.

From appointment to listing

Choose preferred appointment dates and share access instructions. The team confirms the appointment and assigns a photographer. After editing, you review the images before the final listing media is approved.

  • Prepare and tidy every space you want included.
  • Make sure the photographer can reach the agreed areas.
  • Flag private items, artwork or areas that must not be photographed.

Pay through eligible earnings

The accepted fee is held in a separate photography recovery balance. Recovery begins only when a completed booking is eligible for payout under the agreed terms. A cancelled buyer booking or a failed payment does not trigger recovery.

Every deduction is visible

If an eligible payout cannot cover the whole balance, only the available allowed amount is deducted and the remainder carries forward. Recovery does not automatically create a negative host payout. Your account shows the original fee, deductions and remaining balance.

Already have great images?

Self-upload is available in the listing wizard. Use clear, current photographs you have permission to publish, show all offered spaces and avoid misleading filters or images of a different property.
