DRAFT POLICY · SEPTEMBER 2026

Professional photography recovery

Pre-launch draft for review. The published operating company, approved commercial terms, applicable jurisdiction and final policies must be confirmed before real bookings are accepted. This preview does not create a real location booking or process a real payment.

Accept an exact package

Before placing an order, the host should see the package price, deliverables, applicable taxes, travel charges, appointment terms and recovery agreement. No card charge is made when the deferred option is requested.

A separate recovery record

The accepted fee is recorded in a photography recovery account associated with the host and property. It is an agreed service cost, not a refundable deposit. The host can see the original amount and each adjustment or deduction.

When recovery becomes eligible

Recovery runs only when a booking is eligible for payout, normally after completion and the agreed initial claims window. A buyer cancellation or failed payment does not itself trigger recovery.

Partial recovery and carry-forward

The allowed amount is deducted from available eligible earnings. If the payout is insufficient, the balance carries forward without automatically creating a negative payout. A deduction must be recorded only once, even if a payment event is received again.

Corrections and early payment

An authorised finance user may make a permitted waiver, discount or correction with a recorded reason. Any voluntary early-payment option and any rule on property removal must be expressly included in the final agreement before acceptance.
