Authority and accurate information
Hosts must own the property or have sufficient written authority to offer it for the intended use. Describe offered areas, restrictions, access, capacity, equipment and prices accurately, and disclose material changes before a confirmed production.
Listing review and availability
Submitting a property is a request for review. Publication is subject to the required checks. Hosts respond separately to each availability request and should not reuse an earlier approval for a different project without confirmation.
The agreed shoot
The booking schedule should record approved dates, hours, access, spaces, crew and permitted activities. Additional activity, time or services requires written agreement. Record the property's condition and report concerns through the agreed process.
Fees and financial balances
The accepted terms will identify host service fees, payout timing, approved adjustments and any required performance deposit. A professional photography fee is a separate deferred service balance and follows its own accepted recovery agreement.
Changing or removing a listing
Keep upcoming confirmed commitments in view when changing a property's status. Any obligations related to cancellation, removal or an outstanding photography balance must be expressly stated in the final accepted agreement; this draft sets no automatic charge.
