Provide the project type, intended content, schedule, crew, equipment and special activities. The quote and location approval are based on this brief. Request approval before materially changing the plan.
Accept a complete quote
Review the included location hours, services, payment schedule, quote expiry, deposit requirements, cancellation terms and production conditions. An expired quote or availability response needs renewed confirmation.
Use the location responsibly
Follow the accepted location rules, access instructions and safety requirements. Keep the crew within approved areas and capacity, obtain agreement before moving property, and leave the location in its agreed condition.
Permissions and insurance
Confirm the permits, permissions and insurance required for the particular production. An owner giving access is not a substitute for the official approvals required for your activities.
Changes, incidents and completion
Keep requests for changes and reported incidents in the project record. Complete check-in and check-out evidence, and follow the booking's agreed reporting and review process for overtime, cleaning, damage or other adjustments.
